BioI am a 31 year old mother of two. A few years ago I discovered Bento, or obento, and my life has never been the same!
I am a freelance writer, and my husband is a freelance artist, so thrift has forever been our goal. When my oldest son started school, I knew there was no way we were going to shell out over $2 for a school lunch, five days a week, four weeks a month. It was time for me to work my bento magic on a budget.
Every lunch I make cost under $2, usually much less. I bargain shop for all my cute boxes and accessories, either through ebay or on the rare trip to Seattle and shops such as Daiso.
